Bill Ballard is a distinguished member of the State Bar of Georgia. In law practice since he graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1981, Bill has handled hundreds of complex lawsuits throughout his career. He has served as lead counsel in dozens of jury trials to verdict in complex lawsuits involving wrongful death and catastrophic injury.
Early in his career Bill represented physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice cases. He has drawn upon that experience over the past 20+ years as he has focused on the representation of patients and their families in medical malpractice and other complex lawsuits.
Bill has an uncommon breadth of experience, having handled literally hundreds of medical malpractice and other complex tort cases. He also is highly regarded by his peers, who frequently call upon him to serve as a mediator in other lawsuits. He has been asked numerous times to speak at lawyer events and for other professional organizations, and he has published writings in various legal publications. Among many other honors and distinctions, Bill is routinely selected by his peers as a Georgia 'Super Lawyer.'

Greg Feagle specializes in catastrophic and fatal injury cases, including medical malpractice, car and truck accidents, and product liability. He also handles business tort cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and other related claims.
Greg graduated with honors from the University of Georgia (B.A. 1997) and cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D. 2001). He has been a plaintiff's lawyer, representing individuals, his entire career. Following law school, where he served on law review and graduated with honors, Greg began his career representing individuals and small businesses. He has maintained that focus throughout his law practice. He is a frequent speaker at legal seminars, and he has co-authored a legal text book and published several legal articles. Greg has been honored to be selected as a 'Rising Star' by Georgia 'Super Lawyers.'
